The United States Sports University is dedicated to meeting the needs of our students and constituents through a strong commitment to customer service. However, there may be times when an individual feels that the institution has not met these expectations. The University has established a complaint review and resolution system to address these concerns. We are committed to addressing issues promptly and effectively.

This process begins with the consumer complaint portal and ticket system. Please note that this portal is not intended to address grade appeals. Please refer to your catalog for information on how to appeal a grade.

To utilize the University’s complaint resolution system, your written complaint should be as detailed as possible and include the following:

– Specific facts about the issue
– Names of individuals involved (if applicable)
– The location and time when the issue occurred
– An explanation of why this is considered a problem

It is also vital to provide any relevant supporting documentation through the portal as part of your submission. The more comprehensive your documentation, the better the administrators can assess the complaint.

Enter your name and email address in the designated fields to begin the process. Please note that submitting your complaint as an anonymous user may limit our ability to address the issue entirely. If you are a student, please use your student email address (username@students.ussa.edu). If you are not a current student, please use the email address where you receive correspondence. As the review progresses, the ticket system will automatically send a copy of any updates posted to your email address.

According to University policy, an assigned administrator will review and reply to formal written complaints within 15 days of submission. However, if the assigned administrator requests additional documentation or if you submit further comments or documents through the portal, the 15-day timeframe will reset to zero. After the review process, you will receive a written response from the institution via trackable mail to the address you provided.
